Se trata de <strong>Bald\u00edo,<\/strong> un restaurante que ofrece m\u00e1s que una experiencia culinaria \u00fanica. Propone una nueva forma de habitar la ciudad: m\u00e1s consciente, m\u00e1s local y profundamente respetuosa del entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirado en las chinampas, un sistema agr\u00edcola prehisp\u00e1nico desarrollado por los mexicas, Bald\u00edo colabora directamente con <strong>Arca Tierra.<\/strong> Este proyecto busca preservar y reactivar esas islas flotantes de cultivo en los humedales del Valle de M\u00e9xico. Gracias a esta alianza, el restaurante se abastece con productos agroecol\u00f3gicos frescos. Los pisos, las barras y el mobiliario fueron elaborados con materiales reciclados bajo un enfoque de reutilizaci\u00f3n y circularidad, especialmente madera recuperada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, cada elemento \u2014mesas, l\u00e1mparas, estanter\u00edas\u2014 fue rescatado o reimaginado. Esto le da al lugar un car\u00e1cter r\u00fastico, honesto y profundamente urbano. As\u00ed, el espacio no solo reduce la demanda de nuevos recursos.
