Los Pacheco departamentos, ubicado en la zona de monumentos de la ciudad de Puebla, este proyecto de los talleres Neorestauro<\/strong> y Metarquitectura<\/strong> es c\u00e1lido y atemporal<\/a> pues en \u00e9l conviven y dialogan dos l\u00edneas temporales en el mismo espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intervenci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica de Los Pacheco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n
\n

Se trata de un programa de vivienda multifamiliar<\/strong> alojado en un edificio hist\u00f3rico catalogado, cuya propuesta evoca tranquilidad, silencio y aislamiento del bullicio de la vida urbana. El principio b\u00e1sico de esta intervenci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 en el rescate de algunos elementos existentes como vigas de madera, techos, muros, ventanas y puertas, para darle mayor car\u00e1cter hist\u00f3rico y presencia al edificio; asimismo, se reinterpretaron diferentes sistemas constructivos traducidos a un lenguaje contempor\u00e1neo, de forma tal que se respetara la esencia de los elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos existentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Espacios multifuncionales y luminosos: La composici\u00f3n del proyecto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto cuenta con siete departamentos y un local comercial, as\u00ed como tres patios. El principal facilita la circulaci\u00f3n al resto, as\u00ed como la ventilaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n natural<\/a> a la mayor\u00eda de los departamentos. El segundo patio permite la circulaci\u00f3n vertical a dos departamentos<\/a> en la planta alta y el tercero ilumina y ventila al \u00fanico departamento<\/a> de una sola planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los espacios<\/a> comunes son una experiencia agradable para los sentidos, con un discurso de materiales que conviven generosamente entre ellos, regalando texturas dignas de apreciarse por horas y el dise\u00f1o
de la iluminaci\u00f3n al interior de los espacios resalta la convivencia entre las edades de los materiales<\/a>, sin ser protagonista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

La distribuci\u00f3n de los departamentos<\/strong> hace hincapi\u00e9 en crear espacios flexibles para sus inquilinos y se dividen en dos o tres niveles compuestos por \u00e1rea publica (sala, comedor y cocina) en planta baja, mientras que en la planta alta se desarrolla el \u00e1rea semiprivada (sala de televisi\u00f3n y estudio) y, por \u00faltimo, las habitaciones en el \u00faltimo nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colaboraci\u00f3n de maestr\u00eda en Los Pacheco: Metarquitectura y Neorestauro <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El efecto logrado entre las dos edades del conjunto fue desarrollado minuciosamente ambos talleres. Metarquitectura, despacho especializado en arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea<\/a>, se encarg\u00f3 del programa, proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico y disposici\u00f3n de los espacios, mientras que Neorestauro Estudio, especializado en restauraci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica, ejecut\u00f3 el proyecto, desarroll\u00f3 la propuesta de materiales as\u00ed como los procesos de restauraci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
