En la ciudad de Aguascalientes<\/a> se encuentra el edificio \u201cDepartamentos<\/a> Monte Everest\u201d que en poco m\u00e1s de 600 metros engarza tres viviendas en tres plantas, estacionamiento para seis autos y roofgarden<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Dise\u00f1o Arquitect\u00f3nico de COA Arquitectura <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El edificio<\/strong> se plantea como una caja perforada apoyada sobre un basamento de concreto<\/a> aparente, mientras que resto del volumen<\/strong> de aplanado color arena se acent\u00faa con una celos\u00eda de jalcreto para contrarrestar el poniente de la fachada, y con herrer\u00eda color verde seco d\u00e1ndole un toque \u00fanico. Gracias a su sobriedad y escala se integra como una pieza m\u00e1s del contexto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto<\/strong> a cargo de Francisco Guti\u00e9rrez, de Coa Arquitectura<\/a>, logra que cada una de las viviendas<\/strong> tenga sus propios atractivos. El primer departamento<\/a>, por ejemplo, se apropia de una parte de la servidumbre lateral y posterior, ocupando el fondo de la planta baja y parte del primer nivel para alojar dos rec\u00e1maras y un ba\u00f1o. El segundo abarca la parte frontal del primer nivel y un fragmento<\/a> del segundo con una doble altura en la sala. Al tercero se accede por un recibidor en doble altura en el primer nivel, donde tambi\u00e9n se encuentra un estudio<\/strong> y ba\u00f1o de visitas; el resto se desarrolla en el segundo nivel mientras que el \u00e1rea social<\/a> se abre al norte hacia una terraza desde donde se accede al roofgarden<\/em> por una escalera de caracol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
