En toda celebraci\u00f3n debe haber buena comida y es por eso que en esta edici\u00f3n de festejo hablaremos sobre gastronom\u00eda y arquitectura, dos mundos que nos ayudan a concebir espacios y experiencias tan m\u00e1gicas que involucran todos nuestros sentidos y emociones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lo largo del mes exploraremos los espacios donde se crea, inspira y se consume la comida, buscando la receta para crear el ambiente perfecto. Chefs, pasteleres, arquitectes y dise\u00f1adores nos alimentar\u00e1n con sus historias para mostrarnos c\u00f3mo el espacio y la comida moldean nuestra percepci\u00f3n del mundo que nos rodea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los expertos de la cocina y el dise\u00f1o tienen el poder de evocar emociones y recuerdos en sus audiencias, pues un edificio o espacio puede transportarnos a otro tiempo o lugar mientras que un plato nos permite recrear experiencias pasadas o dejar su huella para el futuro, \u00bfno es as\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n hicimos varias preguntas a les expertes que nos acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n: \u00bfun espacio tiene sabor?, \u00bfel lugar donde se prepara una comida afecta el sabor final de esta? o \u00bfconstruir un pastel es parecido a construir un edificio? No te pierdas sus respuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
