Blockchain<\/em><\/strong> <\/strong>no es un concepto nuevo, se cre\u00f3 en 1991 pero no fue utilizado en realidad hasta el 2009, cuando alguien, utilizando el seud\u00f3nimo de Satoshi Nakamoto, lo emple\u00f3 para la creaci\u00f3n de bitcoin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la utilidad del blockchain?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, el <\/strong>blockchain<\/em><\/strong><\/a> no s\u00f3lo se utiliza para las criptomonedas<\/strong>, su aplicaci\u00f3n real es la de dar trazabilidad o rastreo y sus aplicaciones son much\u00edsimas. Recibe el adjetivo de \u201cinhackeable\u201d por su estructura y es bastante sencillo. Su traducci\u00f3n significa \u201ccadena de bloques\u201d<\/strong> y cada eslab\u00f3n contiene tres elementos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. La informaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Esta puede incluir registro de materiales, planes log\u00edsticos para el transporte de mercanc\u00eda, el inventario <\/strong>en un gran almac\u00e9n para una empresa, registros de pacientes en un hospital o informaci\u00f3n de transferencias bancarias,\u00a0 entre much\u00edsimas otras.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. El hash<\/em>:<\/strong> Es el n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n del bloque, \u00fanico e irrepetible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1.  Una repetici\u00f3n del hash<\/em> anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Juntos, la secuencia de los tres elementos son como eslabones en una cadena y lo que lo hace tan seguro es el hash<\/em><\/strong>, un n\u00famero se genera de acuerdo al contenido del bloque. Simplificando: si alguien con intenciones maliciosas intentara cambiar la informaci\u00f3n en cualquier bloque, el hash<\/em> cambiar\u00eda inmediatamente invalidando la cadena completa, algo similar a una pieza en un rompecabezas que ha cambiado de forma y ya no encaja en el conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        La segunda barrera de seguridad yace en que no existe una \u00fanica base de datos<\/strong>,\u00a0 sino que cada usuario cuenta con su propia copia. El blockchain<\/em> cuenta con muchos usuarios, miles de pares de ojos siempre observantes y cuando un usuario altera \u201csu\u201d copia en la base de datos, el resto de los usuarios se percatan en tiempo real, por lo que la copia alterada es descartada al instante. Es entonces evidente que gran parte de la seguridad es brindada por los propios usuarios, una comunidad de personas comunes sin jerarqu\u00eda ni rango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Blockchain<\/em><\/strong> en arquitectura<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Con el paso del tiempo se han buscado formas de integrar la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> del blockchain<\/em> a la arquitectura<\/strong> y la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Los proyectos de edificaci\u00f3n son una tarea colectiva entre muchos actores y un enorme volumen de informaci\u00f3n. Una interfaz segura que pueda crecer a la par de un edificio o seguir el proceso general constructivo es una herramienta extremadamente \u00fatil, en especial si tiene el elemento de trazabilidad. Que permite saber el momento exacto en el que se registr\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n y la facilidad de distribuci\u00f3n entre m\u00faltiples usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Si se expande su uso, con blockchain<\/em> las fases de dise\u00f1o<\/strong> y construcci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1n datos m\u00e1s fiables, registros de cantidad de materiales y actividades realizadas. Eso sin mencionar que una vez que la obra se ha terminado y ya solo queda la fase de mantenimiento. El registro seguro de datos puede ser indispensable a la hora de encontrarnos con problemas que pueden tener la ra\u00edz en alguna etapa temprana dentro del desarrollo de la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Smart Contracts<\/em>, \u00bfQu\u00e9 son?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Vayamos al siguiente nivel: los Smart Contracts<\/strong><\/em> son un conjunto de contratos computarizados. En los que cualquier actor involucrado en la obra (promotor, propietario, consultor, etc\u00e9tera) puede hacer aportaciones de forma transparente, segura y democr\u00e1tica. Los DAO <\/strong>(Organizaciones Aut\u00f3nomas Descentralizadas) incorporan procesos, pol\u00edticas y procedimientos de organizaciones. Que podr\u00edan ser procesos autom\u00e1ticos<\/strong> que verifiquen el cumplimiento normativo o requerimiento de un proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Blockchain<\/em> es, entonces, una base de datos estructurada e impenetrable que tiene el fin de eliminar la corrupci\u00f3n. As\u00ed como el robo de informaci\u00f3n e incrementar la transparencia en todas las transacciones y sistemas por venir. El l\u00f3gico pr\u00f3ximo paso en el avance de la tecnolog\u00eda y el manejo de informaci\u00f3n.
