Taller 2560 <\/strong>es un espacio que renueva su prop\u00f3sito, manteniendo los vestigios de su pasado industrial. Este proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico<\/strong> se centra en la reutilizaci\u00f3n estructural, la expansi\u00f3n y la expresi\u00f3n que honra la memoria de la antigua f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La f\u00e1brica, que oper\u00f3 hasta 1930, ten\u00eda una funci\u00f3n crucial en la producci\u00f3n <\/strong>de tuber\u00edas y bombas de hierro para la extracci\u00f3n de agua de pozos. Ubicada en la periferia del centro hist\u00f3rico de San Luis Potos\u00ed, el Arq. Javier Diaz Dibildox reconoci\u00f3 su potencial de transformaci\u00f3n y nos encomend\u00f3 la tarea de revitalizar y expandir los 900 m2 del antiguo taller para albergar diversos eventos<\/a> y ofrecer un espacio flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La transformaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con el desmantelamiento de la estructura de cubierta original “a dos aguas”, conservando las valiosas columnas de hierro fundido y aumentando su altura. Las cerchas y montenes originales se reubicaron utilizando la estructura de acero original del techo. Para aumentar la capacidad, se instalaron nuevas columnas en los mismos ejes y distancias que las anteriores, extendiendo la longitud del espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dado el clima extremo del desierto de San Luis, se requiri\u00f3 una piel protectora. Tanto la cubierta como las paredes se revistieron con material aislante t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico. El per\u00edmetro se revisti\u00f3 con l\u00e1mina de acero oxidado y se incorporaron secciones de vidrio abatibles para adaptarse al clima y mantener las vistas al exterior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy en d\u00eda, Taller 2560 sirve como sede para eventos musicales, culturales, bodas, degustaciones, foros y m\u00e1s. Satisface la necesidad de espacios contempor\u00e1neos<\/strong> que rinden homenaje al edificio original mientras se integran en la actualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
