Ubicado en el patio externo de Casa Hoyos Hotel Boutique<\/a>, en San Miguel de Allende, GHAR es un restaurante de aut\u00e9ntica gastronom\u00eda india que establece un perfecto di\u00e1logo entre los ingredientes m\u00e1s frescos, los aromas profundos y los matices especiados para evocar una traves\u00eda por el Sudeste asi\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El dise\u00f1o estuvo a cargo del estudio multidisciplinario CURIOSO<\/strong>, quienes bajo la premisa de custodiar bajo las arcadas de un patio de arquitectura vern\u00e1cula la propuesta culinaria de GHAR<\/strong>, que ofrece aut\u00e9nticos sabores indios, utilizando recetas y t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales que muestran un viaje a trav\u00e9s de la di\u00e1spora india. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El nuevo restaurante establece un di\u00e1logo entre los ingredientes m\u00e1s frescos, los aromas profundos y los matices especiados para evocar una conversaci\u00f3n perfecta entre distintas culturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cargo del chef Hiran Patel \u2013de la mano de la pericia de un equipo conformado por el chef Mauricio Hern\u00e1ndez Patraca y la chef repostera Mayte Rivera\u2013, la propuesta culinaria se inspira en una absoluta experiencia sensorial donde se revisita la herencia de la cocina ancestral con un sentido contempor\u00e1neo para despertar en el comensal una conexi\u00f3n sin artificios con la riqueza y las tradiciones de la India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
