\u00bfC\u00f3mo adaptar un edificio de oficinas abandonado de siete niveles para un uso hotelero en una zona de edificios contempor\u00e1neos de gran jerarqu\u00eda sin restarle presencia?<\/strong> Este desaf\u00edo fue el punto de partida para el dise\u00f1o del Hotel Fulton, un proyecto que desaf\u00eda las convenciones y se destaca por su enfoque distintivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un enfoque contrastante en el dise\u00f1o del Hotel Fulton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Hotel Fulton se sit\u00faa en un entorno rodeado de estructuras modernas con acabados de vidrio templado, acero perforado y celos\u00edas de aluminio. En lugar de seguir estos estereotipos arquitect\u00f3nicos, el dise\u00f1o opta por un enfoque contrario, creando una atm\u00f3sfera de “peque\u00f1o hotelito pintoresco y acogedor.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respetando la estructura existente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El equipo de dise\u00f1o decidi\u00f3 mantener la estructura original del edificio y trabajar en su transformaci\u00f3n<\/a> de manera inversa a la propuesta de los edificios circundantes. La fachada del Hotel Fulton presenta una secuencia aleatoria de vanos y marcos s\u00f3lidos, contrastando con la ligereza de sus vecinos. Este enfoque tambi\u00e9n se refleja en la altura libre de recepci\u00f3n en el interior, donde se prioriza la calidez sobre la frialdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El n\u00facleo de circulaciones verticales: elemento clave en el Hotel Fulton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los elementos m\u00e1s importantes del proyecto es el n\u00facleo de circulaciones verticales. La escalera original fue rehabilitada y revestida con una elegante piel oscura que aprovecha la altura libre del espacio. Adem\u00e1s, cables con enredaderas que descienden desde la parte m\u00e1s alta hasta el \u00e1rea de lobby a\u00f1aden vida a los espacios de circulaci\u00f3n, rematando en focos que iluminan el \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contraste en los ba\u00f1os del Hotel Fulton<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El dise\u00f1o de los ba\u00f1os en el Hotel Fulton presenta un marcado contraste con el exterior. Los acabados limpios y finos de los ba\u00f1os se interpretan como el negativo del ladrillo oscuro del exterior, reflejando una respuesta funcional y est\u00e9tica al espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un Hotel que Rompe Esquemas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Hotel Fulton se caracteriza por su singularidad, desafiando las propuestas arquitect\u00f3nicas circundantes y present\u00e1ndose como un espacio rebelde que se aparta de los estereotipos prevalecientes. Esta singularidad no solo resalta su presencia en el entorno inmediato, sino que tambi\u00e9n lo convierte en una opci\u00f3n \u00fanica para los hu\u00e9spedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
