El chef Alonso Madrigal, acompa\u00f1ado por un equipo de artistas y dise\u00f1adores como <strong>Andr\u00e9s Mier y Ter\u00e1n<\/strong>, <strong>Regina Galvanduque<\/strong>, y <strong>Luna Kindler<\/strong>, ha creado un concepto integral de hospitalidad en el que los ingredientes locales y los oficios tradicionales se mezclan con propuestas de dise\u00f1o y arte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El men\u00fa de <strong>Bomboti Cocina<\/strong> se destaca por su enfoque en ingredientes org\u00e1nicos de temporada y la cuidadosa selecci\u00f3n de productos de productores locales. Aqu\u00ed, los platos son un reflejo del mestizaje gastron\u00f3mico que define al chef Madrigal, quien tambi\u00e9n es fundador del restaurante <strong>Malix<\/strong>, reconocido en la Gu\u00eda Michelin. Con una barra triangular de acero al carb\u00f3n y estanter\u00edas abiertas que recuerdan a las &#8220;\u00e9piceries&#8221; de anta\u00f1o, la atm\u00f3sfera invita a un viaje en el tiempo sin perder la modernidad. Adem\u00e1s, el mobiliario antiguo de la colecci\u00f3n <strong>Bomboti 1\/1<\/strong> complementa el ambiente, con vajillas, cester\u00eda y objetos decorativos realizados por artesanos de diversas
