Dise\u00f1ada para una pareja adulta, esta residencia de <strong>189 m\u00b2<\/strong> fusiona la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea con las tradiciones locales, ofreciendo un refugio de calma y convivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta de ODE parte de la reinterpretaci\u00f3n de elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos emblem\u00e1ticos de la regi\u00f3n, como el <strong>acueducto del padre Tembleque<\/strong>. Su organizaci\u00f3n espacial se divide en <strong>dos niveles<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Planta baja:<\/strong> alberga la habitaci\u00f3n principal y las \u00e1reas sociales (sala, comedor y cocina). Los patios interiores funcionan como extensiones de estos espacios, permitiendo una transici\u00f3n fluida entre interior y exterior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planta alta:<\/strong> contiene dos rec\u00e1maras adicionales con ba\u00f1o y un <strong>family room<\/strong>, creando un ambiente acogedor para las visitas familiares.
